Dan Portnoy - Host
Dan has been seen working with likes of Imogen Heap, Hem, Nada Surf, Rosie Thomas and Rogue Wave. Originally as a concert promoter bringing talent to Central Virginia like Matt Pond PA, Saxon Shore, Richard Swift, and Unwed Sailor; He turned to broadcasting approx 7 years ago and started in the Central Virginia Market. When he is not quoting Strongbad emails, he is coming up with idea’s to make the music scene a bit more relevant. Networking is a definite forte, along with the ability to create something out of nothing. With a genuine interest in all things musical, Dan works to be an agent of change for smaller market venues. He currently resides in Southern California.
