I feel the need to write about the invasion of christian-based music that is “crossing over”, as they say, to the secular world.  I myself, am not a big fan of the separating of music, because to me, music is music.  So when an artist decides to write about their faith, whether that be about their devout catholicism, or dedication to the methodist church, or whatever, I just listen to the music for music’s sake.  Furthermore, you have a band like Mute Math, who is getting bigger and bigger and capturing audiences left and right these days.  The Myriad is another example.  MTV2 recently has been added to the Dew Circuit Breakout, which means, you can vote for their video to be on MTV2.  So, do them a favor and check them out, and if you like what you hear, vote for them.  It’ll be fun!

Next, there’s a guy named Brian Whitman.  I’ve recently heard his stuff and was impressed.  All naysaying can be left at the door for this one.  Just hear for yourself how good this former Audio Adrenaline guitar player is.
